We had a great experience at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and spotless. We enjoyed using the hotel facilities, including the pool and fitness center. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Nothing bad to say. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The grounds of this hotel are beautifully manicured and the food served at their restaurant is scrumptious. My room was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the peaceful view of the veranda while having breakfast and appreciated the attention to detail, like the fresh flowers on every table. the lobby bar was also a highlight, with comfortable seating and a great selection of cocktails.
There were a few instances where the service fell short and requests were denied without explanation.

This hotel was stunning and offered exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the outdoor swimming pool was heavenly, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas available to relax under.
Our experience was slightly dampened by the lack of customer service we received at the Lobby bar. One evening, it was particularly cold outside and we requested a heater, but they were all out of gas.

The food was good, and the newly renovated area was pleasant. We appreciated the location of the hotel – near to a range of attractions and entertainment options. Plus, the hotel offers free wifi.
Sorry to say, our romantic escape at the hotel was a complete letdown. We were incredibly disappointed by the customer service.

During my weekend getaway, I enjoyed the delicious food offered at the hotel. the new grounds of the property were also a delight to walk through. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the local area.
When we requested a heater for the outdoor seating area, none were available with gas.
